Volunteer: Christmas Meal Delivery Drivers - Barons Bus Arena - REGISTRATION REQUIRED 2025

 

Every year on Christmas Day, Catholic Charities prepares and delivers hot meals to thousands of homebound individuals and families in the Greater Cleveland Area with the support of volunteers.

Please sign-up below for a time slot. If meal delivery is completed early, Catholic Charities will notify volunteer drivers by email and phone call.  

We are looking for volunteers to: 

Pick up prepared meals and routes from Barons Bus Arena  Deliver meals to homebound residents along your route 

Where to Report:  
Barons Bus Arena, 5310 Hauserman Road, Cleveland, OH 44130   
Arrive at your scheduled shift. Stay in your car. Follow the signs to pick up your meals and delivery route.    

How do I sign up?
Click the sign-up option next to the shift of your choosing. When creating a new account, select “Special Event/Corporate Partner Volunteer” from the dropdown menu.    

Registration is required.

Volunteer: Christmas Meal – Car Loader/Support Volunteers - REGISTRATION REQUIRED 2025

Every year on Christmas Day, Catholic Charities prepares and delivers hot meals to thousands of homebound individuals and families in the Greater Cleveland Area with the support of volunteers.

We are looking for volunteers who are available for a few hours on Christmas Day (December 25) to load delivery drivers’ cars with boxed meals.

Where to Report:
Barons Bus Arena at 8:00 a.m.  
5310 Hauserman Road, Parma, OH 44130
Park at the back of the lot. The entrance is the door furthest to the left.

Attire:
This will be outdoors so comfortable footwear and weather-appropriate attire are strongly encouraged.

Duties Include:

Packing volunteers' cars/trucks with meals for delivery Directing Traffic Distributing Delivery Routes Other duties that may arise

Groups are welcome, however, you must sign-up/register individually. 

How long is the shift? Typically volunteers work with us until all deliveries are out, which is usually 3-4 hours. However, we are flexible and prefer that all volunteers arrive at 8:00 a.m., even if you have to leave a little early.
